Shipping:

We offer FREE shipping to UK mainland on all orders over £65.00 (ex VAT) A standard charge of £8.00 for any order totalling UNDER £65.00 (ex VAT) will apply.     

The price to deliver your goods will be displayed when checking out. There may be extra delivery charges to be added to your order if you are not in Mainland UK.

*Please note – Mainland UK may exclude Central London, Scottish Highlands & it’s Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and certain areas within Wales*

You can always contact us before placing an order if you are unsure and wish to check, or we will contact you after you have placed your order to explain why. If you are to incur extra delivery charges, and are not happy with the reasons, then you are entitled to cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.

Please allow us time to pick your order and package sufficiently before posting. Please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery.

We operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy that requires any customer who appears to be under the age of 25 to produce appropriate proof of their age and identity such as a driving licence, passport or a card from another Government-approved scheme. If you are unable to provide this we unfortunately have to refuse delivery of your items.

Returns:

If you are returning an item then please contact us beforehand to explain why you are returning the goods. Items that are being returned must be done so within 28 days of purchase, and must be undamaged and unopened. Postage to return goods back to us must be met by you the customer, and will not be refunded unless there is an error with your order that has been made by the Spitting Feathers team.

Goods always leave us undamaged and sufficiently packaged, however we understand that goods may get damaged in transit. Should this occur then please contact us within 24 hours of receiveing your parcel and we will help you take the matter up with the courier.
